Why an older screenshot differs

The official adjustment is a reduction of 550 Defense. A pre-change screenshot showing 2,650 is not evidence that a current 2,100 copy is bugged. Keep the patch attached to the value whenever you compare two records.

The v1.10 armor update names selected Head, Chest and Legs pieces. Do not automatically apply that change to this shield or assume every equipment slot received the same increase.

Compare it in context

Use the shield's own base value and the member's full stat breakdown as separate records. Enhancements, enchantments, skills and Affinity can contribute to a character's displayed Defense, so a character total cannot be used as the item's base Defense.

The equipment comparison tool starts with user-entered fields and can prefill the sourced shield Defense. It highlights differences rather than declaring a universal winner. Record any other meaningful stats and the intended encounter before choosing equipment.

Acquisition boundary

The cited note does not publish a drop location, drop probability or crafting recipe. Those fields remain absent rather than being inferred from the item's color or name. If you verify an acquisition in the current build, include the item panel and the actual reward record with a correction.
